Return & Refund Policy

If your return is accepted, we provide a free reverse pick-up in case of the following:

- You received a defective/damaged product

- You received the wrong products

In case of return due to any other reasons, a reverse pickup charge of Rs.99/- would be applicable.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Also kindly click a photo or shoot a video of the same.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Upon approval, we will take 15 to 18 business days to have the amount refunded through the g-pay ya any other payment method.
